With over 20 years of marketing experience, Chris has been responsible for Digital, Mobile, Radio, TV, Catalog, Direct Mail, Print and Brand advertising.


Prior to being a marketing consultant helping dozens of companies implement innovative, cost-efficient, scalable marketing programs, Chris has held the following senior management roles:

• V.P. Marketing at Pathway Genomics (Founders-Fund backed)
• Senior V.P. at (the largest health database in the world, purchased by Hearst, Inc)
• Original V.P. Marketing (public, then bought by FTD)
• Direct Marketing Manager at Intuit's TurboTax

He has also taught marketing at EvoNexus (startup incubator), WeWork, San Diego State University, Cal Poly and Point Loma Nazarene.  He is the former president of the San Diego chapter of the Direct Marketing Association and has received The Margaret Sellers Award as the marketer of the year.

Max is an expert at building and optimizing marketing and sales systems and processes.  He connects the dots from lead generation to sales enablement, helping facilitate realized opportunities and measurable growth. 

Max has considerable experience working for a number of  telecommunications companies and managed services startups across the US. He has also launched and run three businesses and learned firsthand the challenges business owners face. Over the course of twenty-three years, he has honed his expertise in sales processes, CRM’s and sales enablement systems, and business development. As a seasoned entrepreneur and sales leader, he's passionate about helping business owners navigate challenges, fail effectively, and ultimately grow their companies.


Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and hiking with his family, studying military history, and practicing martial arts. 


Kris Palouda

VP Marketing

With over 20 years of marketing experience, Kris has been responsible for Digital, Mobile, Radio, Affiliate, Partner, Direct Mail, Print and Brand advertising.

Kris has held senior management roles in biotech, digital and personal development companies. She has led teams, had P&L responsibility and been through both funding and the sale/merger process.


She is certified in online teaching by the University of California San Diego and has helped hundreds of organizations train marketers and consultants. Her expertise spans globally as the country of Ireland hired her to teach their technology companies how to market themselves effectively internationally. 


Kris is passionate about helping individuals understand marketing fundamentals and best practices.

Marketing Director

Casey Hyland is a senior marketing leader with 10+ years of experience in creating, directing, and implementing sales and marketing activities. Her incredible organizational and communication skills paired with an extraordinary sense of strategy and timing have helped her develop, deploy and manage an array of successful initiatives. 
Casey specializes in marketing strategy, campaign execution and analysis, content creation, vendor/team management, and process development. She is also a Direct Marketing Association Certified Marketing Professional and a certified Google Ads expert. 
Casey is constantly keeping up to date with emerging technology and enjoys learning about all the new apps in marketing. She is a voracious reader with a strong appetite for learning and loves any opportunity to broaden her expertise.

He will build an automated, predictable sales engine for sophisticated products and services.

Marketing Operations Manager

Sah works with cross-functional teams to track, coordinate, and implement marketing deliverables/tactics throughout the creative process. She coordinates deliverables from the campaign launch, builds the project management system, and connects with stakeholders. She tracks progress to meet deadlines.
