He has also taught marketing at EvoNexus (startup incubator), WeWork, San Diego State University, Cal Poly and Point Loma Nazarene. He is the former president of the San Diego chapter of the Direct Marketing Association and has received The Margaret Sellers Award as the marketer of the year.

Chief Solutions Architect
Max is an expert at building and optimizing marketing and sales systems and processes. He connects the dots from lead generation to sales enablement, helping facilitate realized opportunities and measurable growth.
Max has considerable experience working for a number of telecommunications companies and managed services startups across the US. He has also launched and run three businesses and learned firsthand the challenges business owners face. Over the course of twenty-three years, he has honed his expertise in sales processes, CRM’s and sales enablement systems, and business development. As a seasoned entrepreneur and sales leader, he's passionate about helping business owners navigate challenges, fail effectively, and ultimately grow their companies.
Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and hiking with his family, studying military history, and practicing martial arts.

Tracey works with the marketing team to make sure all outbound marketing processes are running smoothly and effectively. Tracey has spent over 27 years in internet development & marketing, as well as traditional marketing, working with companies such as MCA, Geffen, Universal, CY Research, Hallmark, Borders, Tower Records, Lakeside Publishing, Mark Eaton, and Pridestaff. She specializes in email marketing, SEO, and telling everybody what to do. Tracey loves internet technologies, movies, reading, music, and is a mixed media artist with works in multiple private collections.
VP of Growth
Inna is a growth-oriented professional who has been in sales for 9 years, and marketing and management for 5 years. She specializes in sales, sales development, and sales management. She's worked with HPONE, Integriant, Aflac, COVID Clinic, E-Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MOD Mouth, and Lakeside Book Agency.

Marketing Operations Manager
Sah works with cross-functional teams to track, coordinate, and implement marketing deliverables/tactics throughout the creative process. She coordinates deliverables from the campaign launch, builds the project management system, and connects with stakeholders. She tracks progress to meet deadlines.
